4. in order to realize the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party to whom the personal data is disclosed, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. - SIA “Iddea” ensures, constantly reviews, and improves protection measures, and utilizes modern technologies to protect the personal data of its employees and customers. SIA “Iddea” protects your data using physical and logical security measures.
- Transfer of personal data:
1. To fulfill our legal obligations, we may transfer your personal data to law enforcement authorities, as well as state and municipal institutions in cases specified by law.
2. We may transfer your personal data to state and municipal institutions, as well as debt recovery service providers, to defend our legitimate interests.

In certain cases, we transfer your personal data to companies that provide us with outsourced services (e.g., banks and other payment system services, out-of-court debt collectors, financial or tax audits, etc.). 5. in certain cases, you have the right to object to data processing, request the restriction of data processing, or request the deletion of data. Please be informed that these rights are exercisable only in accordance with the requirements of the law, and our company reserves the right to refuse to carry out the mentioned actions based on the requirements of regulatory enactments;
6. to receive and/or transfer personal data to another controller. This applies only to data you have provided to us based on your consent or a contract, and if the processing is carried out automatically.
