Valters and Emīlija spent their holidays at their grandmother’s in a quiet seaside village. It was a rainy morning, and they were a little bored. The internet and mobile connection worked poorly in their grandmother’s house and throughout the village. Fredis, however, didn’t mind the lazy morning at all.
“Shall we go up to the attic?” suggested Valters. Fredis sighed but got up and followed the children. The attic of the house, more than a hundred years old, was full of boxes, furniture, and old junk. From under a crooked-legged dresser, the corner of a dusty notebook peeked out. Valters pulled it into the light.
“It looks old,” he said.
“It’s a diary!” exclaimed Emīlija, opening the first page. “It belonged to someone named Anna! The handwriting looks childish.”
And that’s how the story began, leading the twins into crazy and dangerous adventures. Join them — decode, trace, draw, notice, and help guide the children and their cat through the maze of challenges!
