The sad moment has arrived – the final issue of “Avenīte” magazine is out. Unfortunately, we will no longer be publishing it next year. We are a little heartbroken. We continue to take great pride in the magazine’s “Latvian Media Language Award.” Our deepest gratitude goes to our beloved editor Anda Spriņģe, proofreader Ilze Štrausa, and designer Ilze Biezā, who put their whole hearts into this work! Thank you for all your kind words, support, and well-wishes! The world keeps turning, and the rest of the IDDEA magazines hope to see the light of day and meet their dear, loyal readers in 2026 as well.
