Returns and Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt, without providing a reason for the return.
1.2. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product has not been used (except for testing the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning to the extent possible in a physical store), and it has maintained its original packaging and external appearance.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

2.1. In accordance with regulatory enactments, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• opened audio or video recordings, computer software, or digital products delivered electronically;

• periodical publications (magazines, newspapers) if they have already been delivered;

• personalized or custom-made goods.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a notice in free form to the email mara@iddea.lv, stating the order number, name, surname, contact information, and details of the item to be returned.
3.2. The product must be sent back to the address: Olgas iela 61, Jurmala, LV-2008, Latvia, no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal was notified.
3.3. The Buyer covers the direct costs of return (e.g., postage), unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds

4.1. After receiving and inspecting the product, the money for the returned item will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment account from which the purchase was made.
4.2. Delivery costs are refunded only to the extent of the standard delivery method paid by the Buyer (additional delivery services, such as express delivery, are not compensated).

5. Exchange of Goods

5.1. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact our customer service team via email mara@iddea.lv or phone +371 29212904.
5.2. Exchange is possible if the requested item is in stock. Otherwise, the Buyer will receive a refund for the amount paid.
